  • There is no such thing as a great executive.  There is only a great executive for a specific company, at a specific point in time.  The most difficult skill as an executive is the ability to manage one’s own psychology, to keep one’s mind in check.  An experienced coach is essential.  My expertise is to spot fissures before they become deep and permanent scars on your organization.  I fix these by filling in information gaps and correcting miscommunication.  I listen intently, observe keenly, watch body language, sense mood shifts and tensions, look for patterns, and assess strengths and weaknesses;  I can then offer a fresh, constructive, practical perspective.

DUE DILIGENCE

Understanding the nature of the challenges that lie ahead reflects the difference between a winning and a losing premise.
